I rained today ! Wheeeee Well, it was just for half an hour or maybe a bit more but still, it is sliiiightly cooler now
I've been a bit lazy today Just enjoying some awesome music and doing nothing much at the PC, apart from checking stuff like e-mails, youtube accounts, WoW account etc. (damn it, haven't been invited for Cataclysm's beta yet whilst half of my online friends are already there and keep teasing me with screenshots ) Thinking about having a few drinks later in the evening and have some action (as in pressing keyboard+mouse buttons while raiding lol xD but that's just a hope cuz there might not be enough ppl online which rly sucks during the summer BUT thankfully that wouldn't last for much longer now )
Anyways, cheers to all ! Have a great Friday night and hopefully a nice and relaxing weekend! Cya around

Hi people! How's everyone doing?
Back from Estonia, and now I also remembered what heat is. Must have been like 35 degrees there during the Viru Folk festival, and even at night time it didn't cool down that much, either. So, I had the completely wrong gear with me, something for the case I would freeze while camping and in case it would rain, but in fact it was so hot that I could hardly sleep in the tent. From 9am on you were grilled. Anyway, a really nice festival in a quaint village by the sea, on the one hand so simple and far off everything else, on the other there were so many things you could do besides seeing bands. There were stands with handicraft and all kind of stuff along one road, around the main stage they had things to juggle with, there were swings (come on, when have you ever been sitting on a swing during a gig and having a great view to the sea on the other side?), you could go to sauna, swimming, even hiking since the area is part of a national park, and just everywhere someone was playing accordion or guitar. Can only say that it's a brilliant festival On the downside, the headliner on Sunday couldn't play because a thunderstorm had cut all electricity (and water, though enough of that was coming from above already...), which still wasn't back on Monday noon when I left from the festival. Also was rather hard to find anything to eat from that village on Monday morning, food stands were gone because the festival was over but also everything else seemed closed... in the end I was so desperate that when I saw a woman with a package of bread I just went there and asked if I could buy it from her. She was so confused that she even sold it to me
Anyway, now some recovering (amazing how tired and exhausted I meanwhile get from a few days in a tent and two more in a night train...) before leaving to Lapland. Hopefully not before next week, even though that friend of mine I'm going with won't be too happy with this suggestion... But damn, I'm not 20 anymore

@ Socke: Hehhhehheheh, sounds like u had a great time, if we forget about the heat... and having to buy someone's bread ! I could imagine what the area looked like there during the festival, seemed like an awesome place to be .
Yeah, we did have a thunderstorm here aswell, a few days ago . It was QUITE strong! The tv was turning itself off and on all the time, my pc went insane and I shut it down... well it shut itself down to be more precise (I tried to do it the right way a couple of times after it turned itself off, so I had to start it up again and do that but it was shutting down in the middle of the start up and I just gave up in the end and let it be shut down badly and still with the power button glowing (yeah, it was weird )). Thankfully, the storm didn't last very long - about an hour or so and things were normal again .
Hopefully everyone's doing ok and enjoying a bit cooler days now . I'm off to drink the rest of my coffee, put some awesome music on and improve my in-game characters' financial status lol , cuz Cataclysm is coming out soon and much gold will be needed .

@Myste: That really doesn't sound too nice... hope your tooth will be better soon!
Another hot day here, though later got into a downpour on my way home and was completely soaked... somehow wish I wouldn't have to leave sunny Oulu right now but I bet the Lapland trip will still be an adventure. Leaving to Karigasniemi on Monday, meeting up with a friend of mine who went there already today in order to go hiking (which I'm clearly too old for ), then we'll take a bus to Nuorgam (northernmost point of Finland), go by bike to Utsjoki (which was the silliest idea ever, can't even remember if it was hers or mine ) and spend another three days in Inari, among others on a sámi festival. See you around!

Thank you, Socke... actually the tooth is relatively fine, but eiher I misinterpret the source of the pain, or this was just strange coincident. Because later on the pain "moved". So I went to doc and got some meds for sinus infection. I hope they'll work.

Hey all How's everyone doing?
I've been feeling quite exhausted during the past few days and with awful headaches but otherwise I'm ok. Enjoying the nicer and more normal temperatures outside (between 17 and 20 degrees - rly good ).
@ Socke: Hopefully you're having an awesome time in Lapland I wish I could go for a trip there someday - it would be a big holiday for my soul if that ever happens heheh I still have that big dream of mine to go very north and enjoy the Northern Lights, when they're at their most powerful time and listen to Cata's Aurora Borealis ! Crossing fingers, toes and everything that it would happen someday ! Maybe next time when you go for a trip there it would be during the winter and I'll come with you heheheh
Anyways, gonna drink some more coffee now and relax (or then it wouldn't rly be much of a relaxation lol) while killing stuff (AND other players )... or healing xD. Cyas around ppl .
how are you all? how are you spending these hot days?
I finally decided to go back to the forum and post something here. These days were very busy for me, I barely had time to even go on facebook and sit on anywhere near my PC. Exams are getting closer, and I am kinda ready for them nah... I am ready Anyway, besides that, I got some free time to finally record a proper demo / EP ( whatever ), and my work is done waiting for my mate to record vocals in couple of days, and that's it happy haha
cheers everyone, I am off to watch Partizan vs Anderleht

@NoSoul: Thanks, I did have an interesting trip there First we went to Karigasniemi, where we stayed at some people's place we didn't know before (couchsurfing) but they turned out really nice and hospitable, then went on to Nuorgam, where we visited the northernmost Alko shop, went to the northernmost point of the EU and over the border to Norway, in the northernmost bar of Finland we learnt that the sandal season is obviously still on its climax there when temperatures almost reach freezing point, from Nuorgam we biked about 50 km to Utsjoki along the Teno river and with a great scenery around, in Utsjoki we had the probably best reindeer kebab ever (or then we were just incredibly hungry after all the biking), went on to Inari and Ijahis Idja, the biggest Sámi music festival in Finland (which is however rather small also), where the most absurd performance included five girls in pink-black clothes covering the Teräsbetoni Eurovision song in inarisámi and riding on wooden hobby horses. It's been one of those trips where so many things happened in such a short time that it feels as though you have been travelling for a month instead of a week, and certainly one of those you won't forget so easily.
Seeing northern lights there must be awesome, seen them a couple of time here in Oulu, too, but up there in the north I could imagine it being absolutely amazing. Well, if you ever go on that trip, let me know
